Cube in the tree was the first collaborative project between Griffits & Blackburn, given the working theme Site:Non-Site.

A lit perspex cube was cradled by a tree in a forest, and at dusk, an audience were invited to document the trip to the cube, and the cube itself. As night fell, the cube’s glow became more visible, unnatural and other worldly.

Polaroids, (Shown Below) along with Video, Sketches, Words, and Sounds were all documented and shown in a second location as evidence of the performance.
